How? We have the profiles of all the providers thoroughly verified, to ensure your safety is always maintained. However, in a situation where you may feel at danger you can get help or report an incident to MyRIDI's dedicated 24/7 Safety Support team through the Help menu in your MyRIDI app. Alternatively, you can report a safety issue online if you are a rider or driver or you can contact a family or friend directly from the app to let them know the situation.

Also after any delivery, ride or service we make sure to take an anonymous feedback to know the overall experience and improve it if necessary.
We have a very stringent insurance policy to ensure that the services you receive are 100% safe. So, we do our best to make sure the providers conduct themselfs professionally at all times and carry their own Commercial Auto Insurance. This way we make sure your safety and the safety of the providers also remains intact.
